Description

Built with an ultra-strong magnesium aluminium body with an orange powder-coated finish, the Hacona C-420 is a robust general purpose sealer engineered for durability and a perfectly flat sealing surface. Aluminium cooling ribs inside the frame ensure fast cooling of the sealing wire after every cycle, keeping your production line moving.

All Hacona C-Type heat sealers work on the impulse sealing principle. The sealing wire only gets hot when the sealing bar is closed, meaning maximum energy-saving with maximum safety. Ultra-strong magnesium aluminium body: The machine body and sealing bar of each Hacona C-Type Impulse Heat Sealer is made of ultra-strong magnesium aluminium. This technology assures a super-strong base and an absolutely flat surface for the specially designed impulse sealing wire. Hacona also guarantee the specially designed aluminium ribs inside the frame ensuring proper and fast cooling of the sealing wires after the sealing cycle is finished.

Machine Surface Finish: Orange powder-coated for general purpose. Can be used in all kinds of industry.

designed for sealing poly bags and lay-flat tubing quickly, cleanly and reliably.

Suitable for businesses of all sizes across a wide range of
industries, the C-420 delivers a consistent 2.5mm seal every time - with maximum energy efficiency and safety thanks to its impulse sealing principle (the wire only heats when the bar is closed).

Hacona table top heat sealers are very easy to operate and require minimal working space. They are suitable for a wide range of packaging applications including production, order fulfillment and office environments.
