The cardboard boxes that Box Depot supply have come from businesses and used to deliver dry goods, so they are very clean, and are made from very strong industrial-grade cardboard. The boxes in our Moving Kits will hold 20kg so won’t disintegrate during your actual move!
Eco Friendly
All our Moving Kits include our pre-loved cardboard boxes. But we also have three Eco Moving Kits that do not include any plastic packaging whatsoever.

Absolutely! We have a rule at Box Depot: If we wouldn't use the box ourselves, we don't stock it!
The boxes you receive may have been gently used once, or they may be brand new overruns, misprints or customer returns. They may also have a label or two on them... and could even have some handwriting on them. But for the purposes of packing them for moving house, they are great!
The suppliers of our used boxes are manufacturers, distributors and retailers that use high-quality boxes only once.
Whichever boxes you order from us, you can rest assured that you are getting quality boxes that are substantially less expensive than brand new boxes and are therefore a fantastic eco-friendly choice!
There’s no denying that moving house is stressful! If the thoughts of packing up your belongings is overwhelming, a Moving Kit could help you move beyond that procrastination! With eight Moving Kits to choose from, this is an easy way to get your packing started. Each Kit has a mix of boxes that you can also buy separately – in case there’s a particular box that you prefer.
