Indemnity
You (the buyer) agree to indemnify and hold Premier Packaging Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Refund Policy
If a customer is not entirely satisfied with our product(s), within 7 days they may return the item and get a full refund provided they are returned in a saleable condition. The customer must pay for shipping back to us.
If a customer changes their mind after receiving the product(s) the customer must pay for shipping back to us. In addition a restocking administration charge of 15% will be applied to the value of the order.
Where a product has already been shipped to the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment Policy
Premier Packaging Limited offers secure payment options on the www.boxdepot.ie website. It is not necessary to have an account in order to pay. Payment must be made immediately; and we endeavour to deliver paid orders within 1-3 working days.
No credit card details whatsoever are held by us. The www.boxdepot.ie website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption which is the highest standard in Internet Security.
Delivery Policy
Premier Packaging Limited will dispatched all orders received Monday-Friday by 12pm on the website www.boxdepot.ie for expected delivery within 1-3 working days, depending on shipping location. Orders received after 12pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday).
Premier Packaging Limited do not operate our own delivery vehicles. All orders are sent out by independent couriers during normal office hours. We cannot offer a timed delivery option and goods are delivered according to the route and schedule of an independent courier over which we have no control.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address (including Eircode) and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery if incorrect details are given.
Customer Privacy
Customer credit card details are not stored in any way by Premier Packaging Limited and names and addresses provided through the website www.boxdepot.ie remain confidential at all times. Please see our Customer Privacy Policy for further details.
