Delivery & Collections

We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders valued over €100 to all addresses in the 32 counties of Ireland.

Orders valued under €100 will be charged €9.99 per delivery.

Orders are dispatched with tracked Next-Working-Day delivery and 97% of our customers receive their orders on the next working day.

Deliveries

Shipping is charged at €9.99 per order, with FREE DELIVERY on orders valued over €100.

DUBLIN DELIVERIES:

We work with Xpect Couriers who offer delivery around Dublin.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day for delivery Next Day.

Orders placed before 12pm Friday will be delivered Saturday/Sunday.

DELIVERIES TO REST OF IRELAND:

We work with An Post for nationwide deliveries.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day for delivery in 1-2 Working Days.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday will not be dispatched until Monday, and should be delivered 1-2 Working Days after that.

WEEKEND DELIVERIES: Dublin Only

If a weekend delivery is more convenient for you, please let us know, using the comments section in the checkout at the time of order.

Please note that this only applies to orders placed before 12pm Friday.

NOTE: Working Days are defined as Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

All our orders are packed securely in plastic.

All orders can be tracked via a track-and-trace system. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will be emailed a track-and-trace reference for your order.

If delivery of your order is delayed please contact Box Depot directly so that follow this up with the courier for you.

Please also provide an Irish contact telephone number - Box Depot or the courier may require it to let you know if your delivery will delayed, or if there are difficulties locating your address.

Delivery delays may be experienced during certain times of the year or due to extreme or adverse weather. If this is the case, you will find notification of this on the Box Depot website.

There are some busy times of the year (such as Black Friday or Christmas) where demand may result in minor delays to courier delivery speeds. If you need something within a specific timeframe we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.

Bulky and/or palletloads as well as machines, especially to business premises, are excluded from Next-Working-Day delivery but are delivered as speedily as possible. Additional shipping charges may be incurred unless specifically agreed in advance.

Box Depot reserves the right to change the method of delivery to ensure orders are delivered as promptly as possible.

Collections

You are also welcome to collect your order from our premises, if you wish.

We are open 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-3pm on Fridays for collections.

If you are not sure what you require, you are welcome to call into the Box Depot Shop during the above hours where you can pay with cash or card.

Delivery Charges

The maximum delivery charge is €10.99 per order.

However, if you place an order valued at €100 or more, you will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Who will Deliver my Order?

Orders will be sent via Xpect Couriers or An Post

We reserve the right to choose which courier your order will be sent with.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will be given a track-and-trace reference for your order.

We also request that you provide am Irish phone number when placing your order. This is given to the courier, so that they can contact you in case they have difficulty locating your address.

Hours of Delivery

Our standard hours of delivery are business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

However with the volume of deliveries that couriers are required to deliver, your order could be delivered up to 9pm or at weekends.

We realise that sometimes it may be difficult to take delivery during the day. Therefore if you wish, you can have your order delivered to your place of work, left with a neighbour, or in a hallway or shed. Please let us know in the comments section of the checkout at the time of order.

Weekend Deliveries

Delivery in and around Dublin are made by Xpect Couriers up to 9pm and often at the weekends.

Orders received on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings are dispatched on Friday.

Orders received on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will not be dispatched until Monday.

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to both residential and business addresses.

We can deliver to all counties, both Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland: Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow; Antrim, Armagh, Derry, Down, Fermanagh and Tyrone.

I did not Receive my Order?

If you did not receive your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 01-4507272.

We will contact the courier who is delivering your order to find out when it is expected to be delivered.

Delivery dates are estimates only, and while we do our best to deliver your order on time, other factors such as incorrect/incomplete delivery address or contact phone number provided; or busy delivery seasons may delay delivery of your
order.

I Received a Damaged Delivery.

We try our best to ensure that you receive your order undamaged however, unfortunately an order may be occasionally damaged during transit.

If you received your order damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at 01-4507272 who will endeavour to rectify it. You may be requested to email photographic evidence of the damage, so that we can follow up with the courier concerned.

Can I Collect My Order?

You can collect your order from our premises, if you wish.

We are open for collections from 8am – 4pm Monday-Thursdays and 8am-3pm on Fridays.

Please note that we are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If you place an order online for collection, you will be advised when your order is ready for collection.

It is also possible to call to our premises without having placed an order, and choose what you need in-person, where you can pay by cash or card.
