The maximum delivery charge is €8.50 per order.
However, if you place an order valued at €75 or more, you will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Who will Deliver my Order?
Orders will be sent via Fastway Couriers
We reserve the right to choose which courier your order will be sent with.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will be given a track-and-trace reference for your order.
We also request that you provide a phone number when placing your order. This is given to the courier, so that they can contact you in case they are delayed or have difficulty locating your address.
Hours of Delivery
Our standard hours of delivery are business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
We realise that sometimes it may be difficult to take delivery during the day. Therefore if you wish, you can have your order delivered to your place of work, left with a neighbour, or in a hallway or shed.
Please let us know at the time of order.
We do not offer weekend deliveries as standard.
Delivery in and around Dublin may be possible but could incur additional charges.
Orders received on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Orders received on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

We deliver to both residential and business addresses.
We can deliver to all counties, both Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland: Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow; Antrim, Armagh, Derry, Down, Fermanagh and Tyrone.
I did not Receive my Order?
If you did not receive your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 01-4507272.
We will contact the courier who is delivering your order to find out when it is expected to be delivered.
Delivery dates are estimates only, and while we do our best to deliver your order on time, other factors such as incorrect/incomplete delivery address or contact phone number provided; or busy delivery seasons may delay delivery of your
I Received a Damaged Delivery.
We try our best to ensure that you receive your order undamaged however, unfortunately an order may be occasionally damaged during transit.
If you received your order damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at 01-4507272 who will endeavour to rectify it. You may be requested to email photographic evidence of the damage, so that we can follow up with the courier
Can I Collect My Order?
You can collect your order from our premises, if you wish.
We are open for collections from 9.30am – 4pm Monday-Thursdays and 9.30am-3pm on Fridays.
Please note that we are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
If you place an order online for collection, you will be advised when your order is ready for collection.
It is also possible to call to our premises without having placed an order, and choose what you need in-person, where you can pay by cash or card.
