The Hacona CI-420 is a professional tabletop impulse heat sealer designed for sealing poly bags and lay-flat tubing quickly, cleanly and reliably. Built with an ultra-strong magnesium aluminium body and anodized steel seal bar, the CI-420 is specifically designed for use in food, pharmaceutical, and other hygiene-sensitive industries where cleanliness and easy maintenance are essential.
Like all Hacona C-Type sealers, the CI-420 works on the impulse sealing principle — the sealing wire only heats when the bar is closed, delivering maximum energy efficiency and safety. It delivers a consistent 2.5mm seal every time, with aluminium cooling ribs inside the frame ensuring fast cooling of the sealing wire after every cycle.
Machine Surface Finish: Anodized steel specifically designed for hygiene sensitive industries. Please note: while the finish is highly hygienic and easy to clean, it is not acid-proof.
