All Hacona S-Type heat sealers work on the impulse sealing principle. The sealing wire only gets hot when the sealing bar is closed, meaning maximum energy-saving with maximum safety. This is a semi-automatic impulse sealer that produces a single 5mm industrial seal, and neatly trims the edge following the sealing cycle. Ultra-strong magnesium aluminium body: The machine body and sealing bar of each Hacona S-Type Impulse Heat Sealer is made of ultra-strong magnesium aluminium. This technology assures a super-strong base and an absolutely flat surface for the specially designed impulse sealing wire. Hacona also guarantee the specially designed aluminium ribs inside the frame ensuring proper and fast cooling of the sealing wires after the sealing cycle is finished.
Machine Surface Finish: Orange powder-coated for general purpose. Can be used in all kinds of industry.
