Can I call into the Box Depot shop to see before I buy?

Buying online is very convenient, as even though our listings are as comprehensive as possible, sometimes there is no substitute for seeing the products "in person"!

It is possible to call into our shop and buy when you get there ... just double-check our opening hours!

Do your prices include VAT?

All our product prices include VAT, currently charged at 23%.

Can I change my order and add other products or remove them?

If you have already placed your order, just phone us at 01-4507272 and we can manually amend your order with you.

I can't place my order online. What should I do?

If you have any problems with placing an order please contact our Customer Service team at 01-450272 who will be happy to assist you.

I haven't received my order?

If you did not receive your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 01-4507272.

We will contact the courier who is delivering your order to find out when it is expected to be delivered.
