The courier I’m using says they only accept a specific size of box?
Couriers might be good at transporting, but they don’t like sharing their secrets! You may find that a courier will specify a particular size of box that you cannot find anywhere. The only time that box size must be adhered to is when it is being shipped by air (a plane needs to get in the air after all!) Over the years, Box Depot have spoken with DHL, TNT, DPD, and many other international couriers. We then offer the largest box that we have in stock that they all will accept.
I’m not sure how to pack my item to send abroad?
Unless you’re used to it, packing something secure enough to travel abroad can be daunting. You are always welcome to phone Box Depot or call in to the Box Depot shop for advice.
Can you ship something for me?
Box Depot offers packaging supplies only. We are more happy to advise you on how to pack your parcel securely, but we are not a courier service.
