The CushionPack CP-422-S3i cardboard shredding machine is more suitable machine for demanding applications where larger amounts of packaging voidfill are required as tt will produce up to 6 cubic meters of void fill per hour!

The CushionPack CP422 is available as a Single Phase or Three Phase Cardboard Shredder.

The CushionPack CP-422 S3i turns your waste cardboard boxes into ready-to-use cushioning material, eliminating the need to buy bubble wrap, paper void fill or other packaging materials separately.

The CushionPack CP-422-S3i cardboard shredding machine is more suitable for demanding applications where larger amounts of packaging voidfill are required as it will produce up to 6 cubic meters of void fill per hour!

Feed flattened cardboard boxes into the machine and it shreds and cuts them into a consistent padded strip - 420mm wide - that can be used immediately as void fill, wrapping material or cushioning inside parcels. The wider 420mm cutting width and higher inlet height of 18mm make the CP-422 capable of handling larger and thicker cardboard than the CP-316 or CP-320, and at 4–6 m³/h production capacity it's designed for businesses with high dispatch volumes where throughput matters.

Need to wrap your products? Or perhaps cushioning voidfill is better for your needs? You can have both with a CushionPack CP-422 S3i Cardboard Shredder - with the flip of an easy-to-use retaining clip you can choose either flexible flat matting or scrunched up shredded cardboard.
