Feed your flattened cardboard boxes into the machine and it shreds and cuts them into a consistent padded strip - 320mm wide - that can be used immediately as void fill, wrapping material or cushioning inside parcels. The process is continuous, the output is immediate, and the material costs nothing beyond what you're already spending on cardboard deliveries.
Need to wrap your products? Or perhaps cushioning voidfill is better for your needs? You can have both with a CushionPack CP-320 S3i Cardboard Shredder - with the flip of an easy-to-use retaining clip you can choose either flexible flat matting or scrunched up shredded cardboard.
The CP-320 steps up from the CP-316 with a higher inlet height (15mm vs 12mm) and faster throughput - 12 m/min versus 10 m/min - giving a production capacity of 2–3 m³/h. It also includes a built-in dust extraction device, making it a better choice for businesses where dust management in the workspace matters. It runs on the same standard 230V single-phase supply as the CP-316, so no special electrical installation is required, just plug and go.
