When Will I Receive My Order?

You are looking forward to receiving delivery of your order, but when will it be delivered to you?

Due to Black Friday and Christmas, ALL couriers this year are reporting that there may be delays in deliveries.

Orders received before 12pm (midday) Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and dispatched the same day - which allows our couriers to deliver as promptly as possible.

All online orders received before 12pm will be shipped with our couriers the same day. Online orders received after 12pm will be shipped on the following working day. Please note that orders received after 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays & Sundays will not be shipped until the following Monday. Similarly, orders received on a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be shipped until the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday.

Orders for delivery outside of Dublin are delivered in 1-3 Working Days. 

Time of delivery depends on the driver and how many parcels they have to deliver. Therefore we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery.
